Role Overview
The Business Head will be responsible for&nbsp;driving sales, partnerships, and growth, while ensuring that CrediGo establishes itself as the&nbsp;leader in the EWA segment.
This is a hands-on leadership role&nbsp;requiring strong experience in fintech growth strategy, partnerships, and B2B enterprise sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of scaling fintech products, managing teams, and delivering business outcomes in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Define and execute CrediGo’s&nbsp;go-to-market strategy&nbsp;for employer partnerships.</li>
<li>Build and lead a&nbsp;sales-driven culture, targeting high-volume employers (manufacturing, staffing, logistics, retail, etc.).</li>
<li>Identify new revenue streams through partnerships, embedded finance, and digital lending synergies.</li>
<li>Drive the company from&nbsp;pilot to scale, ensuring consistent monthly growth in users and transactions.</li>
</ul>
2. Business Development &amp; Partnerships
<ul>
<li>Lead&nbsp;enterprise partnerships&nbsp;with employers.</li>
<li>Negotiate and close large contracts ensuring profitability and compliance.</li>
<li>Build strong, trusted relationships with HR and finance heads of client organizations.</li>
</ul>
3. Product &amp; Market Expansion
<ul>
<li>Work closely with tech and product teams to&nbsp;align product features&nbsp;with customer needs and market trends.</li>
<li>Identify regional expansion opportunities and strategic distribution channels.</li>
<li>Lead pilots for new features.</li>
</ul>
4. Financial &amp; Performance Management
<ul>
<li>Own the company P&amp;L and ensure&nbsp;profitable unit economics.</li>
<li>Establish clear metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, churn) and track performance.</li>
<li>Drive operational efficiency and alignment between sales, finance, and compliance teams.</li>
</ul>
5. Leadership &amp; Team Building
<ul>
<li>Lead a high-performing team focused on growth, customer success, and innovation.</li>
<li>Coach and mentor mid-level leaders to take on higher responsibilities.</li>
<li>Create a culture of&nbsp;accountability, transparency, and execution excellence.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>15+ years&nbsp;of total experience, with at least&nbsp;5+ years in fintech or financial services leadership.</li>
<li>Experience in&nbsp;Earned Wage Access,&nbsp;Digital Lending,&nbsp;Payroll Tech, or&nbsp;HRMS-integrated fintech&nbsp;strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proven track record of&nbsp;sales-led growth, scaling user base and revenue.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;regulatory frameworks, and digital lending guidelines.</li>
<li>Exposure to&nbsp;automation, and digital process transformation&nbsp;in financial products is desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>
