We are looking for a dynamic business leader with a growth mindset who can take full charge of nationwide operations while ensuring customer delight, contract execution, project delivery, and profitability.
<h3>Role Overview</h3>
The Head of Business Operations will lead and manage the India operations team, including the back-office support functions, to drive operational excellence and business growth. This role is not limited to day-to-day operations — it’s about elevating customer relationships, ensuring seamless contract execution, spearheading projects, and scaling the business in alignment with strategic goals.
You will be the CEO’s key operational partner, shaping the way the company delivers value and sustains profitability in a fast-moving environment.

<h4>Business &amp; Operations Leadership</h4>

Oversee and direct all India business operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Lead the operations, project, and support teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Drive contract execution, ensuring adherence to terms, SLAs, and customer expectations.

Monitor P&amp;L performance, take proactive actions to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

<h4>Customer Relationship Management</h4>
