As a full-time&nbsp;Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality technical support and subject matter expertise to customers across a variety of product and service offerings

Resolving complex customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
</li>

Documenting and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution

Continuously expanding your knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive operational excellence

Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and advocating for the needs of our clients

What we're looking for
<ul>
<li>
2-year undergraduate degree (communications arts and education majors preferred)
</li>
<li>
At least 1-2 year of experience as a call center/BPO
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication skills
</li>
<li>
Experience in developing talents to its full potential
</li>
<li>
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
</li>
<li>
Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office
</li>
<li>
Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
