Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR – Recruitment professional with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support our end-to-end hiring process. This is a remote (WFH) role, ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the recruitment domain and work in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordination</li>
<li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews</li>
<li>Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients</li>
<li>Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers</li>
<li>Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation</li>
<li>Support senior recruiters in closing positions within timelines</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred)</li>
<li>Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Application Tracking System.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Good understanding of hiring processes and recruitment metrics</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets</li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits

<li>CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month</li>
<li>Structure: 60% Fixed + 40% Variable (performance-linked)</li>
