What You Will Do

Own a full 360 recruitment desk across mid to senior level roles, from client acquisition to candidate placement.​
</li>
<li>
Develop new clients through proactive outreach, networking and market mapping, with full freedom to choose your sectors and accounts.​
</li>
<li>
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, research, headhunting, interviewing and offer management.​
</li>
<li>
Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with both clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.​
</li>
<li>
Use our ATS to manage pipelines, track activities and maintain accurate records.​
</li>
<li>
Share market intelligence, refine search strategies and win new mandates in a collaborative team environment.​

Commission Structure and Earning Potential
This is a 100% commission role with no cap on earnings. You enjoy uncapped payouts up to 90% on high billings through a transparent tiered structure, far above typical market levels.​​

Who You Are

Proven 360 recruiter or headhunter, ideally with experience in mid to senior level placements in any professional sector.​

<li>
Strong in new business development, cold outreach and account management, with confidence to speak to senior stakeholders.​
</li>
<li>
Self driven, highly accountable and comfortable in a full commission model where rewards match performance.​
</li>
<li>
Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly with both clients and candidates.​
</li>
<li>
Organised, data aware and comfortable working with ATS tools.​
</li>
<li>
Hold valid CEI certification
</li>
<li>Currently based in Singapore</li>
