  <h3>Role &amp; Responsibilities</h3>
  <ul>
    <li>Lead functional design and configuration of Infor M3 modules (Inventory, Order Management, Finance, Manufacturing).</li>
    <li>Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and map business processes into M3 solutions.</li>
    <li>Design and implement integrations using Infor ION and M3 Enterprise Integrator (REST/SOAP, BODs, data mappings).</li>
    <li>Develop and customise M3 Mongoose screens, scripts, and reports to improve user workflows and enforce business logic.</li>
    <li>Support UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities and post-go-live stabilisation including data validation and troubleshooting.</li>
    <li>Produce clear documentation, deliver knowledge-transfer sessions, and enable client IT teams to manage ongoing support and improvements.</li>
