<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a senior technical leader to design and build Sova&amp;#39;s internal platform<br>from scratch. This is not a traditional Product Owner role. The ideal candidate combines<br>software engineering depth, database architecture expertise, product thinking and<br>leadership skills to build technology that will scale for the next 5-10 years.</p>

<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p>

<li>8-15 years in Software Engineering, Technical Architecture, Data Engineering or Platform<br>Engineering.</li>
<li>Prior roles such as Technical Lead, Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, Engineering<br>Lead or Database Architect.</li>
<li>Experience building internal platforms or operational systems from 0→1.</li>
<li>Experience leading engineering teams.</li>
<li>Experience working in high-growth startup environments.</li>
