<p><b>Role Summary&nbsp;</b></p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Creative Lead (Copy &amp; Content)</strong> to lead end-to-end creative output with a strong focus on <strong>ad copy, scripting, and performance-driven content</strong>.</p>
<p>This role drives <strong>high-volume, high-quality creatives</strong>, using data (CTR, Hook &amp; Hold Rate) to continuously improve performance and scale winning content across platforms.</p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities (Day-to-day)</b></p>

<p>Translate marketing requirements into clear creative direction and production priorities.<br><br></p>

<li>
<p>Build and maintain creative systems: briefing templates, review cadence, tracker hygiene, versioning, and asset library.<br><br></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure every creative is platform-optimised (Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, website, CRM creatives if needed). Hands-on with executing whenever required. <br><br></p>

<li>
<p>Lead daily/weekly creative standups; manage bandwidth, deadlines, and escalation.<br><br></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide sharp, actionable feedback to improve quality and reduce iterations.<br><br></p>

<p>Partner with an internal team to turn insights into creative learnings and next iterations.<br><br></p>
</li>

<p>Own brand adherence across outputs: typography, colors, layout, tone, visual consistency.<br><br></p>

<p><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p>

<p>4–6 years in creative/design leadership for D2C/e-commerce/performance-heavy brands.<br><br></p>

<p>Strong command over visual + text-based creative standards for ads and other relevant platforms. <br><br></p>

<p>Ability to interpret performance metrics like CTR, Hook rate, Hold rate, and convert them into creative actions. <br><br></p>

<p>Strong people + project management: prioritisation, speed, feedback, stakeholder alignment.</p>
