About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager 2 to join our Publisher team and help build the future of investing in India. The Publisher Team owns and drives product strategy across multiple critical pillars in the smallcase ecosystem for both B2B and B2C products, such as:
<ul>
<li>
Publisher Platform: A robust platform empowering licensed professionals to productize their research and scale their practice. It automates operational heavy lifting—from investor communication and reporting to fee collection—while enabling distributors to offer these as transparent investment products.
</li>
<li>
Ecosystem Payments: A custom checkout solution which takes care of payment workflows across the smallcase ecosystem, spanning subscriptions, mutual funds and credit offerings.
</li>
<li>
Wealth Office: An exciting new offering that provides comprehensive AI-enabled net worth tracking and management solutions to our users.
</li>
</ul>
This role offers a unique diversity of challenges, allowing you to work on upcoming products in their 0-1 journey while simultaneously scaling established platforms from 1-10 to 10-1000 (&amp; more). What You’ll Be Doing
<ul>
<li>
Own the product roadmap and strategy, aligning vision directly with the leadership team.
</li>
<li>
Develop original, first-principles solutions to complex challenges.
</li>
<li>
Conduct primary user research to inform product direction and build great products.
</li>
<li>
Drive end-to-end execution, translating detailed product specifications into high-quality features.
</li>
<li>
Manage multiple simultaneous projects and drive prioritization across cross-functional teams.
</li>
<li>
Deep-dive into user data and business metrics for continuous flow optimization.
</li>
</ul>
What We Look for in You
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of demonstrated product management experience, with expertise in the full product development lifecycle, including sprint patterns, specifications document creation and implementation</li>
<li>
Strong product sensibility, coupled with an excellent understanding of Information Architecture, UI/UX, and Interaction Design.
</li>
<li>
Proven ability to leverage data &amp; analytical skills to derive actionable insights and incorporate those into product design decisions.
</li>
<li>
Exceptional communication &amp; stakeholder management skills for coordinating with internal &amp; external teams and aligning with leadership.
</li>
<li>
Prior experience in building scalable platform/marketplace products
</li>
<li>
Experience in embedding AI models into product flows or agentic workflows is preferred, but not mandatory
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of financial &amp; stock market terms is preferred, but not mandatory
</li>
