About Role:
We are looking for a motivated professional with 1+ years of experience in the IT, Software, or AI industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software development, IT solutions, or AI-based applications, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, or related technologies will be preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.</li>
<li>Promote Setoo's&nbsp;Agentic AI Platform, AI OS, and AI-powered business solutions&nbsp;to prospective clients.</li>
<li>Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.</li>
<li>Execute digital marketing campaigns and assist with content creation for LinkedIn and other channels.</li>
<li>Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and sales activities.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify target industries, prospects, and emerging AI opportunities.</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and support the business development team in closing deals.</li>
<li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and partners.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience (excluding internship) in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (IT/Software/AI preferred).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools.</li>
<li>Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn about AI technologies.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.</li>
