We are seeking a hands-on, senior Brand &amp; Product Marketing professional to own brand positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product messaging, and market-facing communications across our digital healthcare platform. This is an individual contributor (IC) role — you will be the person who builds, writes, and executes, not just directs.

Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy &amp; Positioning

<li>Develop and drive the company's brand strategy across healthcare, payer, provider, and digital health markets.</li>
<li>Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging architecture, and value propositions for products and solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all customer touchpoints.</li>
<li>Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and differentiation.</li>
<li>Build thought leadership initiatives that strengthen market credibility and category leadership.</li>

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy &amp; Execution

<li>Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, solutions, and market expansions.</li>
<li>Define target audiences, buyer personas, customer journeys, and messaging frameworks.</li>
<li>Develop launch plans including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, demand generation, and customer communication.</li>
<li>Support market segmentation and account-based marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Monitor GTM effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance data and market feedback.</li>

3. Product Marketing &amp; Messaging

<li>Translate complex healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and SaaS product capabilities into clear business value and customer outcomes.</li>
<li>Create and refine product positioning, solution narratives, and competitive differentiation strategies.</li>
<li>Develop messaging frameworks for healthcare payers, providers, employers, and other key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product teams on feature launches, roadmap communication, and adoption campaigns.</li>

4. Demand Generation &amp; Campaign Strategy
<ul>
<li>Partner with Demand Generation and Campaign teams to align brand messaging with revenue objectives.</li>
<li>Develop campaign themes, strategic narratives, and content frameworks across the marketing funnel.</li>
<li>Support integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars, events, and partner channels.</li>
<li>Ensure messaging consistency across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.</li>
</ul>
5. Sales Enablement &amp; Revenue Support
<ul>
<li>Create strategic sales enablement assets including executive presentations, solution briefs, case studies, competitive battle cards, and industry-specific sales collateral.</li>
<li>Equip Sales teams with persona-based messaging and value propositions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales leadership to address market objections and improve win rates.</li>
</ul>
6. Content Leadership &amp; Thought Leadership
<ul>
<li>Oversee the content strategy to support brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.</li>
<li>Personally drive creation of executive presentations, website messaging, case studies, whitepapers, industry reports, and thought leadership blogs.</li>
<li>Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and strategic objectives.</li>
</ul>
7. Market Intelligence &amp; Strategic Insights
<ul>
<li>Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.</li>
<li>Conduct customer and market research to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for leadership, product, and commercial teams.</li>

8. Performance Measurement &amp; Analytics
<ul>
<li>Track and evaluate brand, campaign, and GTM performance using Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.</li>
<li>Measure key KPIs including pipeline contribution, marketing-sourced opportunities, brand engagement, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.</li>
<li>Use insights to continuously optimise positioning, campaigns, and market strategies.</li>

9. Cross-Functional Leadership

<li>Serve as a strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.</li>
<li>Align organisational messaging and customer communications.</li>
<li>Drive execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth and market expansion.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>6–14 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or Strategic Marketing — mandatory experience at a B2B SaaS or B2B product company.</li>
<li>Demonstrated hands-on ownership of brand positioning, product launches, GTM execution, and sales enablement — this is an IC role and requires someone who builds and executes directly.</li>
<li>Strong experience translating complex product capabilities into clear business narratives for enterprise buyers.</li>
<li>Experience developing messaging frameworks, value propositions, competitive battlecards, and customer-centric content.</li>
<li>Familiarity with healthcare ecosystems, patient/provider journeys, care management, population health, or value-based care is a strong plus — not mandatory.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership teams in a cross-functional environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare compliance and regulations (HIPAA, CMS, payer/provider environment) is a plus.</li>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li>
