Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, client servicing, telecalling, or conference/event sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving customer queries, handling escalations, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting conference sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage inbound and outbound client communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.</li>
<li>Handle customer queries, complaints, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.</li>
<li>Manage client escalations by coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution.</li>
<li>Follow up with potential clients for conference registrations, sponsorships, and other business opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and MIS reports using MS Excel.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.</li>
<li>Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and effective assistance.</li>
<li>Meet daily and monthly client engagement and follow-up targets.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Mcom/MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.</li>
