Job Summary: The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless sales operations, efficient client servicing, and superior client satisfaction—managing the complete lifecycle from lead-generation support to post-sale execution across print and digital media. This role will work closely with Sales Managers and report into the Sales Manager / Head of Sales Operations, coordinating with production and digital teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Support Sales Managers through tele-calling for lead generation, scheduling client appointments, and handling post-sale operational execution</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, in-house production teams, and digital teams&nbsp;to ensure timely receipt and placement of artworks for print and digital media</li>
<li>Sell advertising solutions across Print, Digital, Social Media &amp; Special Edition publications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups and conversions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and manage advertising schedules, artwork submissions, and publication deadlines</li>
<li>Ensure 100% accuracy&nbsp;in ad materials, including content, sizes, placements, and technical specifications</li>
<li>Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and client databases, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence</li>
<li>Prepare MIS reports, sales performance analysis.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Act as a key point of contact to ensure smooth internal coordination and effective external communication.&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline</li>
<li>2-6 years of experience&nbsp;in media sales operations, advertising, or magazine publishing</li>
<li>Strong coordination, follow-up, and process management skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in MIS reporting, CRM tools, and MS Excel.&nbsp;</li>
