About The Role
RentoMojo is seeking a passionate and energetic Trainer - Quality &amp; Process to join our growing warehouse team. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality and service while adhering to company processes. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs focused on quality, after-sales service, and warehouse processes.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate training rollout across all cities for helpers, drivers, executives, and managers using classroom sessions, online videos, and handbook-based learning.</li>
<li>Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); manage feedback and escalation loops and implement targeted retraining where necessary.</li>
<li>Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the appliance category and contribute to technical content development.</li>
<li>Design and implement quality control procedures, policies, and best practices for warehouse operations.</li>
<li>Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, and mentoring to ensure staff have the required knowledge and skills for quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment.</li>
<li>Observe and audit warehouse operations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operations and uphold quality standards.</li>
<li>Maintain and update training materials and documentation to reflect procedural and policy changes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality control issues.</li>
<li>Track, measure, and analyze training effectiveness using metrics; iterate and improve programs based on results.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement through technology adoption and implementation of industry best practices.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for training, audits, and quality control activities.</li>
<li>Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in warehouse operations and quality management.</li>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of after-sales service experience.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in training program development and delivery.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of warehouse operations and quality control procedures.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.</li>
<li>Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite tools.</li>
<li>Commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards.</li>
<li>Technical background in appliance after-sales services which could contribute to content development.</li>
