<li>Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable rental plans.</li>
<li>Online Sales &amp; Conversion:</li>

<li>Engage with customers through online platforms to drive conversions.</li>
<li>Assist in closing deals by addressing queries, offering solutions, and providing a seamless purchase experience.</li>
<li>Follow up with interested customers to ensure order completion.</li>
<li>CRM &amp; Data Management:</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Track and analyze customer data to improve sales performance.</li>
<li>Collaboration with Sales &amp; Marketing Teams:</li>

<li>Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.</li>
<li>Provide insights to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends.</li>
<li>Customer Relationship Management:</li>

Key Requirements:

<li>Education:&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience:&nbsp;1-3 years in online sales, pre-sales, telesales, or customer support.</li>
<li>Skills:</li>
<li>Excellent communication and persuasion skills.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of e-commerce sales and online customer behavior.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM tools and online sales platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
