Role and Responsibilities:
The logistics Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations in Bangalore.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up and resolve customer escalations via email.
</li>
<li>
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop actionable solutions to prevent future issues.

Team Management:
</li>

Manage, train, and develop support staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
</li>
<li>
Manage the Logistics Coordinator team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
</li>

Control attrition rates among delivery helpers through effective team engagement and support.
</li>

Warehouse Coordination:
</li>
</ul>

Coordinate with the warehouse team to address and resolve errors and cancellations.
</li>
<li>
Ensure efficient and timely processing of orders and returns.
</li>

Order and Route Planning:
</li>

Develop alternative order plans in case of in-transit cancellations.
</li>
<li>
Ensure proper route planning and monitoring to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce costs.

Control route adherence and in-route cancellations to maintain delivery schedules.

Vendor and Cost Management:
</li>

Manage vendor agreements to ensure cost efficiency and reliable service.

Negotiate and maintain cost-effective logistics solutions with vendors.

Vehicle and Manpower Planning:

Plan and ensure the availability of vehicles required for deliveries.
</li>
<li>
Develop and implement manpower and daily task planning to meet operational needs.
</li>

Process Improvement:
</li>
</ul>

Identify areas for process improvement within the logistics operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
</li>
<li>
Monitor and control in-transit damage and develop strategies to minimize occurrences.
</li>
<li>
Repair and Installation TAT Control:
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ensure timely repair and installation services by monitoring and controlling Turn-Around Time (TAT).
</li>
<li>
Escalation Handling:
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Handle escalations effectively and ensure a systematic approach to resolving issues.
</li>
<li>
Conduct RCA and implement actionable plans to prevent recurrences.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
</li>
<li>
Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role.
</li>
<li>
Strong leadership and team management skills.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
</li>
<li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
