Customer Experience Executive

About the Role:
<ul>
<li>Handling customer queries (Outbound calls).</li>
<li>Handling customers queries (Chat support).</li>
<li>Reminding / connecting with customers to collect invoice due amount.</li>
<li>Coordinating with internal departments to prioritize resolution of customer queries.</li>
<li>Handling social media escalations.</li>
<li>Reaching out to detractors to understand their concerns.</li>
<li>Supporting to enhance overall NPS/C-Sat.</li>
<li>Responding to customers reaching out via email.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (in any field).</li>
<li>Punctual and motivated.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.</li>
<li>English &amp; Hindi fluency required (at least Upper-Intermediate level).</li>
<li>Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (Experience will be preferred over freshers).</li>
