Job Overview&nbsp;
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Consumables Executive to manage the procurement, inventory, and availability of consumable materials required for day-to-day operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely availability of consumables while maintaining optimal stock levels and controlling costs. .

Role Responsibilities:&nbsp;

Manage the day-to-day procurement and availability of consumable items required for operations.&nbsp;

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels regularly.&nbsp;

Raise purchase requests/orders based on operational requirements.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.

<li>
Ensure timely replenishment of consumables to avoid stock-outs and operational delays.
</li>
<li>
Track consumption patterns and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
</li>

Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with system records.

Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and stock movements.

Coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, and other internal teams for consumables requirements.

Monitor vendor performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

Graduate in any discipline; preferably with a background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, consumables, or operations.&nbsp;

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
</li>

Good numerical and analytical abilities.
</li>
<li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
</li>
