Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Company Secretary Executive to join our Legal &amp; Compliance team. The role involves handling corporate governance, secretarial compliances, and regulatory filings while ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board Meetings, AGMs, and Committee Meetings</li>
<li>Prepare and draft agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes</li>
<li>Handle timely filing of forms, returns, and other documents with ROC/MCA</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws</li>
<li>Track regulatory updates and implement necessary compliance actions</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders for documentation and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Support in secretarial audits, due diligence, and compliance reviews</li>
<li>Assist in corporate restructuring, if required</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per legal standards</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or semi-qualified (Executive/Professional cleared)</li>
<li>1–3 years of relevant experience in secretarial and compliance functions</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate laws</li>
<li>Good drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
