We are looking for a high-impact Area Manager to drive store performance, lead conversion, and team productivity across multiple retail stores. The role blends strong sales leadership with data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled execution, including call quality optimization and agentic AI systems.

&nbsp;• Manages an Area of Stores in a region
&nbsp;• Leads 40-60 Sales Reps &amp; Team Supervisors
&nbsp;• For Areas under 5 stores, directly leads Sales Reps
&nbsp;• Leverages Agentic AI systems to augment decision-making, monitoring, and execution at scale

Core Objectives
• Drive and optimize demand funnel: Lead Gen → Footfall → Qualified Lead → Order → Pre-Delivery Relationship Excellence
