Job Overview

Responsibilities

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct evaluations and gather feedback post-event to assess the impact of artistic elements and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A diploma or degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Event Management, or a related field. 
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or similar role in the events industry.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, designs, and executions for a variety of events and clients.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of 3D rendering tools is preferred.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading creative teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
