<p>This role focuses on complex civil litigation and employment law support involving discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, deposition summaries, trial preparation, and e-discovery workflows. Candidates should be comfortable supporting litigation from inception through resolution while collaborating closely with partners and senior paralegals.</p>
<p><strong>Litigation Legal Assistant</strong><br>Location: Atlanta, GA<br>Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000<br>Experience: 2–5 Years<br>Work Model: Hybrid (4 days in office)</p>

<p>This role focuses on litigation docketing, calendaring, deadline calculation, CM/ECF filing support, and multi-jurisdiction procedural deadline management across commercial, IP, employment, regulatory, and white-collar litigation matters. Candidates should have strong docketing software and court filing experience.</p>
