<p><b>What You'll Be Doing</b></p>

<li>Support two litigation partners on complex employment law and voting rights matters — from case inception through resolution</li>
<li>Draft and proofread pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and deposition summaries</li>
<li>Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files for active litigation matters</li>
<li>Manage document production and e-discovery workflows using litigation support tools</li>
<li>Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER to support attorney work product</li>
<li>Maintain case files and calendars with meticulous attention to court deadlines</li>
<li>Enter billable time consistently and accurately toward an 800-hour annual soft target</li>
