<p><b>What You'll Be Doing</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assemble and maintain litigation notebooks — digital and paper — for hearings and trial prep (this is the primary and most critical daily function)</li>
<li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to two litigation partners, offloading non-billable tasks so paralegals can focus on billable work</li>
<li>Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate hearing logistics with precision and follow-through</li>
<li>Handle document filing, client correspondence support, and general administrative duties for the litigation department</li>
<li>Coordinate daily with the senior litigation paralegal and attorneys on hearing prep, filings, and scheduling</li>
<li>Serve as a professional, polished point of contact for clients and opposing counsel via phone</li>
</ul>
