<p>IMPORTANT: WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR<br>This is a law firm legal assistant role with <strong>three distinct openings</strong> across Litigation, Corporate, and Transactional Finance (Renewable Energy). Candidates will be aligned to one of the three based on experience.<br><strong>Candidates must:</strong><br><strong>Have 1–3+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm</strong><br><strong>Have experience supporting either litigation or transactional practices</strong><br><strong>Be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities</strong><br>This role is not suitable for:<br>Entry-level candidates with no law firm experience<br>Candidates without legal assistant or administrative legal experience<br>Candidates who prefer low-volume or slow-paced environments</p>
<p>About the Opportunity<br>We are working with a law firm seeking Legal Assistants across three practice areas:</p>
<p>(1) Litigation Floater</p>
<p>(2) Corporate / M&amp;A</p>
<p>(3) Renewable Energy / Transactional Finance</p>
<p>Each role supports a different type of legal work but operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong exposure to case or deal execution.</p>
<p>What You’ll Be Doing<br>This posting covers three separate legal assistant tracks:</p>
<p><br><strong>Litigation Legal Assistant (Floater):</strong> E-file in state and federal courts, manage docketing and deadlines, prepare pleadings and filings, support depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.</p>
<p><strong>Corporate Legal Assistant:</strong> Draft and format transactional documents, manage closing documents and signature pages, maintain corporate records and minute books, support deal execution and closing logistics.</p>
<p><strong>Renewable Energy / Finance Legal Assistant:</strong> Support solar and financing transactions, manage closing checklists and signature pages, coordinate deal timelines, communicate with attorneys, clients, and transaction teams.</p>
<p>What We’re Looking For<br>1–3+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm<br>Experience in at least one of the following: litigation (e-filing and docketing), corporate/transactional (closings and deal support), or finance/renewable transactions<br>Strong organizational and time management skills<br>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</p>
<p>Nice to Have<br>Experience with iManage or similar document systems<br>Experience supporting multiple attorneys<br>Strong billing, calendaring, and file management experience</p>
