<p><b>This is for a seasoned legal administrative assistant who wants a hands-on, relationship-driven role at a respected firm — without getting lost in a pool of 50 assistants. Candidates must:</b><b></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Have 5+ years of law firm legal administrative experience</li>
<li>Have expert-level Microsoft Word skills, including Word styles (hard requirement)</li>
<li>Be able to work fully on-site in NYC 5 days per week</li>
</ul>

<p>Direct real estate transaction support experience — closings, document prep, client coordination — is a significant advantage.<b></b></p>
<p><b>What You'll Be Doing</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as primary administrative support to multiple real estate attorneys: calendars, conflict checks, time entry, and daily practice management</li>
<li>Draft, format, proofread, and edit closing documents, term sheets, exhibit binders, signature pages, and other legal materials using expert-level Word skills</li>
<li>Coordinate closings, meetings, depositions, and client events — logistics, conference rooms, catering, and dial-ins</li>
<li>Prepare client bills and ensure timely submission of time entries and invoices</li>
<li>Handle travel arrangements, Chrome River expense reimbursements, and service of process</li>
<li>Monitor NY CLE compliance for the office's attorneys and provide general office support</li>
</ul>

<p><b>What We're Looking For</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of law firm legal administrative experience</li>
<li>Expert-level Microsoft Word, including Word styles — this is a hard, non-negotiable requirement</li>
<li>Direct experience supporting real estate transactions, closings, and document preparation is a major plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with iManage, Chrome River, and/or iTimekeep is a bonus</li>
<li>Fully on-site availability in New York City, 5 days per week</li>
