<p>Locations: Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY<br>Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 + bonus<br>Work Model: Hybrid in CA ; Remote in NY<br>Bar Admission: Active bar admission required</p>
<p>IMPORTANT: WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR<br>This is a law firm associate attorney role focused on middle-market M&amp;A and private equity transactions.</p>
<p><strong>Candidates must:</strong><br><strong>Be a licensed attorney (JD required)</strong><br><strong>Have 2–4 years of M&amp;A experience at a law firm</strong><br><strong>Have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents</strong></p>
<p>This role is not suitable for:<br>Corporate associates without M&amp;A deal experience<br>Candidates who have only supported diligence<br>Litigators or non-transactional attorneys</p>
<p>About the Opportunity<br>We are working with a boutique law firm seeking a Corporate M&amp;A Associate Attorney to join lean deal teams and work directly with partners on sophisticated transactions.</p>
<p>What You’ll Be Doing<br>Draft and negotiate SPAs, asset purchase agreements, and LLC agreements<br>Manage deal processes and closing logistics<br>Participate in client calls and negotiations<br>Work directly with partners on live transactions</p>
<p>What We’re Looking For<br>2–4 years of M&amp;A experience<br>Strong drafting and negotiation skills<br>Experience with private equity or middle-market deals<br>High attention to detail and responsiveness</p>
