<p><b>WHO THIS IS FOR</b><b></b></p>
<p>You've built a real IP practice — patent prosecution, patent litigation, or both — and you're tired of your firm treating it as a secondary service line. You want a platform where IP is taken seriously, infrastructure already exists (docketing systems, partner depth, admin support), and you can focus on clients and growth instead of building from scratch.</p>
<p><b>WHAT YOU'LL DO</b><b></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and grow a partner-level IP practice — prosecution, litigation, or a combined practice</li>
<li>Counsel clients on IP portfolio strategy, risk management, and enforcement</li>
<li>Manage U.S. and international patent filings and coordinate cross-border enforcement strategies</li>
<li>Collaborate with corporate, M&amp;A, private equity, tax, and real estate partners on IP-intensive transactions and diligence</li>
<li>Contribute to cross-selling and firm-wide client development across a national and international platform</li>
</ul>
<p><b>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</b><b></b></p>

<li>8+ years of experience as a partner or senior counsel in IP law (required)</li>
<li>Established practice in patent prosecution, patent litigation, or both</li>
<li>Technical background that supports credible patent work (engineering, science, or related field preferred)</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a genuinely supportive, conflict-aware firm</li>
