The Meta Ads Manager is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across all clients, irrespective of geo locations.
Unlike intent-driven search marketing, this role focuses on demand generation, creative testing, audience development, and performance scaling within Meta’s advertising ecosystem.
Success in this position requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, ad creative strategy, testing frameworks, and data-driven optimization.

2. Creative Strategy &amp; Testing Creative is the primary performance lever on Meta. The Specialist will:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

<li>2–5 years hands-on Meta Ads management experience</li>
