As a Product Designer, you will own the complete user experience across HiWox's digital ecosystem. This is not a UI-only role—we're looking for a full-stack UX/UI designer who can simplify complex healthcare data into intuitive, engaging, and human-centered experiences.
Key Responsibilities Design HiWox's Core Product Experience

<li>Design the complete user experience for the HiWox ecosystem, including the mobile application, consultant dashboard, corporate dashboard, admin platform, and future AI-powered healthcare products.</li>
<li>Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, scalable, and consumer-grade digital experiences.</li>
</ul>
Design the DHI Dashboard
<ul>
<li>Design HiWox's Digital Health Intelligence (DHI) Dashboard, transforming 9-domain wellness scores, compliance heatmaps, biometric trends, lifestyle insights, and health risk indicators into interfaces that are easy for consultants and users to understand and act upon.</li>
<li>Create data visualizations that simplify complex health information while maintaining clinical accuracy.</li>
</ul>
Design the Captain Accountability Experience
<ul>
<li>Design the complete HiWox Captain workflow, including:
<ul>
<li>Daily accountability check-ins</li>
<li>In-app evidence submission (meal photos, workout videos, reports)</li>
<li>Habit tracking</li>
<li>Reminder and notification flows</li>
<li>Progress review screens</li>
<li>Communication workflows that reduce dependence on WhatsApp</li>

Design Client Transformation Journeys

<li>Build engaging mobile-first experiences for:

Design Video Consultation Experience

<li>Design seamless consultation workflows including:

<li>Post-session action plans</li>
<li>Wellness ritual generation</li>

Design Employer Analytics

<li>Design enterprise dashboards that provide:

<li>Ensure dashboards maintain complete employee privacy by displaying aggregate insights without exposing individual health records.</li>
</ul>
Design System Ownership
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain HiWox's complete design system including:
<ul>
<li>Component libraries</li>
<li>Design tokens</li>
<li>Typography</li>
<li>Color systems</li>
<li>Responsive layouts</li>
<li>Accessibility guidelines</li>
<li>Mobile and web consistency</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ensure scalability across React Native mobile applications and web platforms.</li>
</ul>
Who Should Apply?
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience designing digital products that have successfully launched in production.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking—not just visual design.</li>
<li>Experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) mobile applications with excellent UX.</li>
<li>Bonus if you've worked in HealthTech, FitnessTech, Wellness, Digital Healthcare, or EdTech.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.</li>
</ul>
Technical Skills

<li>Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.</li>
<li>Understanding of privacy-by-design, healthcare UX, and handling sensitive health information (PHI) with awareness of India's DPDP Act and healthcare data considerations.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.</li>

Immediate Priorities (First 90 Days)

<li>Design and refine the complete HiWox mobile experience before public launch.</li>
<li>Complete the DHI Dashboard and consultant interface.</li>
<li>Design the Captain accountability and evidence submission workflows.</li>
<li>Improve onboarding, wellness assessments, and client transformation journeys.</li>
<li>Build the employer analytics dashboard.</li>
<li>Create HiWox's scalable design system for mobile and web.</li>
<li>Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.</li>

Equity-Based Opportunity
This is an equity-only founding team role.
There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase. Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.
