About HiWox
HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual &amp; reproductive wellness.
We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building a multidisciplinary founding team across healthcare, technology, product, data and business.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing &amp; Sales Automation Expert who can build a scalable and technology-driven customer acquisition and sales system for HiWox.
The role will focus on connecting marketing, lead generation, CRM, sales, follow-ups, consultations, conversions and customer engagement through automation, AI and data-driven workflows.
This is an equity-based founding team opportunity for someone who wants to build the growth infrastructure from the ground up and take ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>

Design and build complete marketing and sales funnels for HiWox's B2C and B2B offerings.
</li>
<li>
Build automated systems for lead capture, qualification, segmentation, nurturing, follow-ups, consultation booking and conversion.
</li>
<li>
Set up and manage CRM systems to track leads, prospects, customers, sales activities and pipeline movement.
</li>
<li>
Automate WhatsApp, email, SMS and other communication workflows wherever appropriate.
</li>
<li>
Integrate Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, app, CRM, WhatsApp and analytics platforms into connected customer journeys.
</li>
<li>
Build lead-scoring and qualification systems to identify high-intent prospects and prioritize sales efforts.
</li>
<li>
Develop automated workflows for different customer segments including corporates, hospitals, gyms, schools, residential communities and individual consumers.
</li>
<li>
Build automated appointment, consultation and follow-up systems for HiWox's healthcare and wellness services.
</li>
<li>
Use AI agents and automation tools to reduce repetitive marketing, sales and customer-support activities.
</li>
<li>
Build dashboards to monitor leads, conversion rates, CAC, sales pipeline, campaign performance and revenue.
</li>
<li>
Identify funnel bottlenecks and continuously improve landing pages, messaging, offers, follow-up sequences and conversion processes.
</li>
<li>
Work closely with the founder, marketing, healthcare, product and technology teams to align automation with business goals.
</li>
<li>
Document workflows, SOPs and automation systems so they can scale with the organization.
</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate
<ul>
<li>
Strong hands-on experience in marketing automation, sales automation, CRM and growth systems.
</li>
<li>
Experience with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms, WhatsApp automation, Make, Zapier, n8n or similar tools.
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, sales funnels and conversion optimization.
</li>
<li>
Experience building automated customer journeys from lead generation to sales and retention.
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of AI agents, no-code/low-code automation and API integrations.
</li>
<li>
Comfortable working with analytics and performance metrics.
</li>
<li>
Healthcare, wellness, D2C, SaaS or startup experience is an advantage.
</li>
<li>
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking ability.
</li>
<li>
High ownership mindset and ability to build systems independently in an early-stage environment.
</li>

Important
This is an equity-only opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage.
The expected contribution is 20–25 hours per week on a remote, part-time basis. We are looking for someone genuinely interested in building long-term value and taking ownership of a critical business function.
The founder onboarding process includes 3–4 strategic discussions followed by a 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate expertise, execution, ownership and long-term alignment.
Equity will be structured based on contribution, responsibility and commitment, with a 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.
Fixed compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.
