In this role, you will identify business opportunities, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and promote our travel management solutions to optimize their travel experience.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Lead Generation &amp; Business Development:</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Identify potential corporate clients and key decision-makers.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct cold calls, meetings, and networking to expand the client pipeline.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Understand client travel needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on cost-effective and efficient travel solutions.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Sales Presentations &amp; Negotiations:</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Market Research &amp; Competitor Analysis:</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide market insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Collaboration with Internal Teams:</strong></div><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Work closely with operations and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide client feedback to improve travel solutions and customer experience.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate travel, travel tech, or hospitality.</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate travel solutions, including travel policies and compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.</li><li>Experience within the corporate travel industry.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li></ul><div><br></div>
