Business

Recruitment planning and implementation of hiring plan. Work with various sources/portals and partners on finalizing and closing opening positions for Parinaam.
</li>
<li>
Ensure all open positions in assigned functions are closed within the defined TAT.
</li>
<li>
Inductions planning, scheduling, and performance feedback gathering for confirmation of the probation period of the employee.
</li>
<li>
Number of employees on-boarded within the stipulated time frame.
</li>
<li>
Timely collection of employee documents. Timely creation of employee ID, email ID, ESS ID, and timely handover of IT Assets and accesses in coordination with HR executive.
</li>
<li>
Handling the Goodhearts - Internships &amp; Volunteering Process.
</li>
</ul>
Customer
<ul>
<li>
Plan and implement employee engagement activities for employees.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Design and implement Reward &amp; Recognition programs for employees in the assigned functions.
</li>
<li>
Planning and Coordinating for various employee events &amp; meets.
</li>
<li>
Help in closing employee grievances including queries related to PF transfers/ withdrawal etc) or salary in collaboration with the corporate Payroll team.

<li>
Perform Training needs analysis and ensure employees undergo necessary training in collaboration with the teams. Track and capture the learning hours completed by the various employees.

Financial:
<ul>
<li>
To manage the end-to-end payroll process including liaising with the vendor for pay register, timely administration of statutory remittances, and management of all audit queries related to payroll/benefit/compensation – accounts in collaboration with the payroll vendor.
</li>
<li>
To provide payroll inputs like headcount, resigned, hold, and LOP details of employees.
</li>
<li>
Responsible for the processing of education grants, staff salary advances, etc.
</li>
<li>
HR budget planning and implementation.
</li>
<li>
Processing the employee salary revisions.
</li>
<li>
Processing the exit employees' Full &amp; Final Settlements.
</li>
<li>
To do the Annual Compensation benchmarking &amp; Annual Compensation structuring in collaboration with the corporate Compensation and Benefits team, as and when required.
</li>
</ul>
Internal process:
<ul>
<li>
Insurance administration and their renewal in coordination with the Corporate Compensation and Benefits Team.
</li>
<li>
Manage the benefit plan for employees - Meal Card - New Subscription &amp; their renewals.
</li>
<li>
Oversee onboarding process and management of HRIS Software
</li>
<li>
Letter requests - Address proof/ visa etc.
</li>
<li>
Updating HR Dashboards with the MIS team.
</li>
<li>
Responsible for updating existing policies and drafting new policies affecting only assigned functions in collaboration with the relevant teams.
</li>
<li>
Roll out Annual Increment Letters.
</li>
<li>
Managing vendors and processing the agreements for the HR&amp;Admin process. Interacting, maintaining the process &amp; resolving issues with vendors.
</li>
<li>
Planning the Admin &amp; Infra needs and budget.
</li>
<li>
Overseeing and taking care of all the Admin &amp; Infra–Operations tasks such as rent, electricity, assets, storage, maintenance, housekeeping team, vendors, stationaries, and other grievances whenever occur.

Learning &amp; Performance
<ul>
<li>
Ensures adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self and HR team.
</li>
<li>
Ensures goal-setting, mid-year review, and annual appraisal process within specified timelines for self &amp; HR team.
