Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Trainer and Course Creator to design and deliver a structured upskilling program for knowledge management professionals transitioning into AI-enabled content curation roles. This role will focus on establishing enterprise standards for content curation, developing training frameworks, and ensuring adoption of new knowledge management practices aligned with AI-driven platforms. The candidate will play a key role in driving organizational capability transformation through training excellence.
Scope of Work &amp; Key Responsibilities:

<li>Define enterprise-wide “Gold Standard” for content curation, including metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, and quality assurance protocols.</li>
<li>Document end-to-end curation workflows, including content sourcing, validation, transformation, and publishing.</li>
<li>Conduct capability gap assessments to evaluate existing staff skills against required standards.</li>
<li>Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum focused on advanced data curation, metadata governance, and AI-enabled content workflows.</li>
<li>Create training materials including manuals, guides, assessment tools, and digital learning content.</li>
<li>Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions to large user groups.</li>
<li>Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and continuous feedback loops.</li>
<li>Ensure adoption of new practices by aligning training outputs with operational goals.</li>

Required Skills &amp; Experience:
