Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale applications built on the OutSystems platform and enhanced with Agentic AI capabilities. This role will drive architecture decisions, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders.
Scope of Work &amp; Key Responsibilities:

<li>Define and own the overall solution architecture for OutSystems-based enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation technologies.</li>
<li>Architect cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.</li>
<li>Design and govern API integrations, microservices, and enterprise application connectivity.</li>
<li>Establish architecture standards, security controls, and governance practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li>
<li>Review technical designs, implementation approaches, and delivery plans.</li>
<li>Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams.</li>
<li>Support Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.</li>
<li>Drive innovation through adoption of AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies.</li>

Required Skills &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture, development, and deployment.</li>
<li>Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture patterns.</li>
<li>Experience designing APIs, integrations, and microservices-based solutions.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Proven leadership experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and distributed teams.</li>
<li>Experience delivering solutions within Agile and Scrum environments.</li>
