Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences for enterprise applications built on the OutSystems platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to design modern interfaces that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design user-centric web and mobile interfaces using Figma.</li>
<li>Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.</li>
<li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.</li>
<li>Develop responsive designs following accessibility and UX best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with OutSystems developers to ensure accurate implementation.</li>
<li>Maintain UI consistency across applications using reusable design components.</li>
<li>Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.</li>
<li>Work within Agile teams throughout the product lifecycle.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills
<ul>
<li>6+ years of UX/UI design experience.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in Figma.</li>
<li>Experience designing enterprise web and mobile applications.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Design Systems, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.</li>
<li>Experience with responsive design and accessibility (WCAG).</li>
<li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end design principles.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with development teams using Agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience designing applications on the OutSystems platform.</li>
<li>Experience with AI-powered or enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Portfolio showcasing enterprise UX/UI projects.</li>
