Job Title: AI/ML Engineer III (GenAI Agentic Consultant)
Job Location: Onsite – Washington, DC.

Role Summary:
This senior role provides architectural leadership for enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic systems. The consultant bridges business objectives, AI capabilities, and enterprise platforms to ensure responsible, secure, and scalable AI adoption.

Scope of Work &amp; Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Architect and implement single-agent and multi-agent GenAI solutions.</li>
<li>Serve as the architectural authority ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.</li>
<li>Define agent orchestration patterns including planning, memory, tool use, and collaboration.</li>
<li>Develop AI reference architectures (RAG, tool-augmented agents, event-driven workflows).</li>
<li>Lead architectural decisions in Agile and SAFe environments.</li>
<li>Evaluate and select enterprise-ready AI platforms, LLMs, and orchestration tools.</li>
<li>Design secure integrations with APIs, data platforms, and identity systems.</li>
<li>Ensure AI governance, privacy, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on leadership through POCs, reviews, and production troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Drive DevSecOps, MLOps, and LLMOps adoption.</li>

Required Skills &amp; Experience:

<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture.</li>
<li>Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML or GenAI systems.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.</li>
<li>Strong cloud experience (Azure preferred) including hybrid architectures.</li>
<li>Solid software engineering foundation.</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and compliance.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.</li>
