<div>As a Backend engineer at Orange Health the primary responsibility is to develop and maintain</div>

<li>Mentoring the team and leading by example along with helping others to deploy the best&nbsp;practices.</li>
<li>As a Backend developer you make an impact by improving the performance of applications and&nbsp;taking complete ownership of projects This can involve optimizing code, improving database&nbsp;queries, and implementing caching mechanisms to reduce server load and improve response&nbsp;times.</li>
<li>You will be expected to keep up with the latest trends and best practices in web development,&nbsp;including new technologies, frameworks, and tools, and incorporate them into your work where&nbsp;appropriate.</li>
<li>Mentoring the team and leading by example along with helping others to deploy the best&nbsp;practices.</li>

<div><b>Skills we are looking for:<br></b></div>

<li>Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>3-5 years of relevant experience in scripting languages Python, PHP, Golang</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of any of the databases like MySQL, NoSQL, SQL Server, Oracle,PostgreSQL</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with systems that are asynchronous, RESTful and demand&nbsp;concurrency</li>
<li>Knowledge of best practices for all stages of software development including coding&nbsp;standards, code reviews, testing and deployment</li>
