<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<h2>SEO Ownership</h2>
<p>• &nbsp; Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to drive consistent traffic growth</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and gap analysis</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to implement SEO best practices</p>
<h2>ASO &amp; App Growth</h2>
<p>• &nbsp; Optimize app store listings (Google Play &amp; App Store) to improve rankings, conversion rates, and discoverability</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Run A/B tests for creatives, metadata, and user flows</p>
<h2>Organic Growth Strategy</h2>
<p>• &nbsp; Identify and execute new organic channels, content opportunities, and product-led growth loops</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Build and monitor dashboards/KPIs to track organic performance</p>
<h2>Technical &amp; Analytical Execution</h2>
<p>• &nbsp; Leverage data, tools, and experimentation frameworks to make decisions</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Run audits (site/app), diagnose issues, and collaborate with engineering to deploy fixes</p>
<h2>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h2>
<p>• &nbsp; Work with marketing, product, content, engineering, and brand teams to ensure aligned and scalable growth initiatives</p>
<h1>Skills we are looking for</h1>
<p>• &nbsp; Engineering background from a strong academic institution (Tier-1/Tier-2)</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, ASO, and organic growth ecosystems</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and app store optimization levers</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, AppFollow, Firebase, etc.</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Comfort with technical SEO (sitemaps, schema, page speed, crawling, indexing)</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn insights into execution</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage complex projects</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Experience working with product/engineering teams in a high-growth startup environment</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Ability to run experiments using growth frameworks</p>
<p>• &nbsp; Basic understanding of HTML, CSS</p>
