<h1>Roles and Responsibilities:</h1>
<h4><b>Payroll Management</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Process monthly payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely submission of statutory filings (e.g., PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Handle salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Liaise with finance and external payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>HR Operations</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage employee lifecycle documentation including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with HR policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>Compliance &amp; Audit</b></h4>

<p>Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.</p>

<p>Support internal and external audits related to payroll and HR operations.</p>
</li>

<p>Keep abreast of changes in statutory requirements and update processes accordingly.</p>

<h4><b>Employee Support</b></h4>

<p>Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.</p>

<p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and professionally.</p>

<p><b>Skills We are looking for:&nbsp;</b></p>

<p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</p>
</li>

<p>3–5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday, or equivalent).</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor compliance.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficient in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.</p>
</li>

<p>Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p>
</li>

<p>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</p>
