Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing,Maintenance,Procurement, Costing, and Logistics modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment</li>
<li>Configure and support SCM Modules</li>
<li>Handle SCM Modules configurations, standard costing, and cost rollups</li>
<li>Manage Logistics modules including Inventory Management, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse processes</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance teams for SCM–Finance integrations (Cost Accounting, GL impact)</li>
<li>Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user training materials</li>
<li>Support UAT, CRP, SIT, and post-go-live activities</li>
<li>Provide production support and resolve functional issues within defined SLAs</li>
<li>Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data migrations</li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM</li>
<li>Strong functional knowledge of:</li>
<ul>
<li>Procurement</li>
<li>Maintanance</li>
<li>Manufacturing</li>
<li>Costing / Cost Accounting</li>
<li>Logistics (Inventory, Shipping, Receiving)</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience in end-to-end implementation and/or support projects</li>
<li>Understanding of SCM master data, transaction flows, and costing structures</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical team</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Oracle Fusion SCM certification is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution domains</li>
<li>Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades and quarterly releases</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of OTBI / BI Publisher reports</li>
