About the Role
We’re looking for an&nbsp;Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Service Logistics&nbsp;who combines technical precision with functional depth to drive successful Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership — from business requirement mapping to configuration, testing, and go-live — and takes pride in delivering high-quality, scalable Service Logistics solutions. You’ll act as an&nbsp;individual contributor, collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion Service Logistics for global clients.

What You’ll Do
1.&nbsp;Lead the&nbsp;end-to-end configuration, implementation, and support&nbsp;of Oracle Fusion Service Logistics.
2.&nbsp;Configure each module component&nbsp;task by task, ensuring dependencies and prerequisites are identified and met.
3.&nbsp;Analyze and map&nbsp;business requirements&nbsp;to Oracle Service Logistics functionalities, delivering optimized process designs.
4.&nbsp;Prepare and maintain&nbsp;configuration workbooks, setup documentation, and dependency mapping.
5.&nbsp;Collaborate with&nbsp;technical teams&nbsp;for integrations, customizations, and extensions.
6.&nbsp;Work closely with functional and QA teams to&nbsp;conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate configurations.
7.&nbsp;Provide&nbsp;end-user training and support during UAT and post–go-live phases.
8.&nbsp;Contribute to&nbsp;best practice frameworks for Service Logistics implementation and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud standards.
What We’re Looking For
1. 5+ years&nbsp;of experience in&nbsp;Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, with at least&nbsp;2 full-cycle implementations&nbsp;in&nbsp;Service Logistics.
2.&nbsp;Strong functional expertise in the&nbsp;Service Logistics module, including setup, configuration, and integration.
3.&nbsp;Hands-on experience in:
&gt;Service Request Management
&gt;Work Order Management
&gt;Parts Reservation &amp; Fulfillment
Depot Repair
A.&nbsp;Pricing &amp; Billing for Service Orders
B.&nbsp;Deep understanding of&nbsp;configuration dependencies, task sequencing, and module prerequisites.
C.&nbsp;Familiarity with related modules like&nbsp;Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement&nbsp;for integration touchpoints.
D.&nbsp;Ability to work&nbsp;independently&nbsp;as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
E. Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
1. Oracle SCM Cloud certification&nbsp;in Service Logistics.
2.&nbsp;Experience with&nbsp;test automation platforms&nbsp;such as&nbsp;Opkey, Oracle ATS, or Selenium.
3.&nbsp;Knowledge of&nbsp;best practices&nbsp;for Oracle Cloud implementation and project lifecycle management.
4.&nbsp;Exposure to&nbsp;Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
