The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.</p>

<h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3><b>Onboarding &amp; Induction</b></h3>

<p>Support new employee onboarding and documentation</p>
</li>

<p>Prepare induction materials and assist in orientation sessions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are updated</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>HR Operations</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support payroll preparation by providing required HR inputs</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Employee Engagement</b></h3>

<p>Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities</p>

<p>Support internal communication and employee feedback processes</p>
