About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to coordinate between the IIT Jodhpur and Masai teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth program execution by managing day-to-day coordination, handling documentation, resolving stakeholder queries, and providing operational support. Job Title: Program Manager Location: IIT Jodhpur Experience: 1–3 Years Key Responsibilities

<li>Act as the primary point of contact between IIT Jodhpur and the Masai team.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.</li>
<li>Verify and manage student and program-related documentation.</li>
<li>Handle queries from students, faculty, and internal teams in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Support onboarding, program operations, and administrative activities.</li>
<li>Track program progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.</li>
<li>Escalate issues proactively and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities.</li>
<li>Attention to detail with good documentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Prior experience in the EdTech or education sector is a plus.</li>
