We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with strong startup experience who can take ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our SaaS products.
Role: Product Manager
Experience: 5- 8 Years Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization</li>
<li>Work closely with founders, business teams, engineering, design, and operations teams</li>
<li>Gather customer insights, analyze product gaps, and identify new opportunities</li>
<li>Define product roadmap, priorities, and execution timelines</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories</li>
<li>Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and overall user experience</li>
<li>Monitor product metrics, user behavior, and business impact to make data-driven decisions</li>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis for SaaS products</li>
<li>Coordinate with tech and design teams to ensure timely product delivery</li>
<li>Continuously improve product workflows, automation, and scalability</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management</li>
<li>Prior experience working in a startup environment is mandatory</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SaaS products and product lifecycle management</li>
<li>Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and business stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, GA, or similar product tools is preferred</li>
<li>Understanding of user journeys, product funnels, and growth metrics</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications

<li>Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech products</li>
<li>Exposure to product-led growth strategies</li>
<li>Strong ownership mindset with execution-focused approach</li>
