What You’ll Do

<li>Partner closely with founders and leadership to solve high-priority business problems</li>
<li>Identify operational, growth, product, or strategic gaps and develop actionable solutions</li>
<li>Lead end-to-end problem-solving across critical business functions</li>
<li>Build hypotheses, test experiments, and create scalable business processes</li>
<li>Drive 0→1 initiatives, from ideation to execution</li>
<li>Analyze data, uncover insights, and recommend strategic decisions</li>
<li>Navigate ambiguity and independently create structure in fast-moving environments</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes</li>

What We are Looking For

<li>4-8 years of startup, founder's office, strategy, consulting, growth, product, or business operations experience</li>
<li>Proven ability to solve unstructured business challenges</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach</li>

<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
