Key Responsibilities

<li>Provide personalized guidance on programs and career paths</li>
<li>Explain course structure, outcomes, placements, and industry relevance</li>
<li>Build strong learner trust through consultative conversations</li>
<li>Drive enrollments through strategic follow-ups and counselling</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end learner journey from inquiry to onboarding</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records using CRM systems</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate
<ul>
<li>1–4 years of experience in EdTech, admissions, counselling, or B2C sales</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with targets and performance metrics</li>
<li>Passion for education and learner success</li>
<li>Ability to simplify complex career paths for student</li>
<li>Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment</li>
