We are looking for a Business Analyst who can turn data into actionable insights and support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL and analytical skills, business acumen, and experience using AI tools and automation to improve reporting, decision-making, and productivity.&nbsp;You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Analyze business data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvement areas.</li>
<li>Gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.</li>
<li>Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.</li>
<li>Build reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.</li>
<li>Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot for analysis, automation, research, and productivity.</li>
<li>Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Track business performance and identify deviations from targets.</li>
<li>Support teams in making data-backed decisions across business functions.</li>
<li>Convert complex datasets into simple, actionable business recommendations.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, MIS, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.</li>
<li>Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, subqueries, aggregations, and window functions.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Experience with data reporting, dashboards, and business metrics.</li>
<li>Proficiency with AI tools for analysis, automation, and productivity.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.</li>
</ul>
Good to Have
<ul>
<li>Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Python.</li>
<li>Experience in a startup, EdTech, or data-driven organization.</li>
<li>Experience working with sales, marketing, operations, finance, or product data.</li>
