About the Role
We are looking for&nbsp;Admission / Academic Counsellors&nbsp;who can guide prospective learners through their decision-making journey, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right program. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth admission experience while maintaining high enrollment quality.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, video calls, and in-person interactions</li>
<li>Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and recommend suitable programs</li>
<li>Explain course structure, outcomes, fees, financing options, and placement support</li>
<li>Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close enrollments within defined timelines</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records on CRM and ensure timely updates</li>
<li>Collaborate with admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets</li>
<li>Handle queries and objections with empathy and clarity</li>
</ul>
Eligibility &amp; Skills
<ul>
<li>Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduates preferred)</li>
<li>1–4 years of experience in admissions, academic counselling, inside sales, or EdTech preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, should know to speak and understand Hindi and English well.</li>
<li>Target-driven mindset with a learner-first approach</li>
<li>Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Basic CRM knowledge and MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency</li>
