<p>You’ll work closely with content leaders and tech heads to hire the right people and keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly as we scale.</p>
<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<h3>Hiring &amp; Talent (Core Focus)</h3>

<p>Lead hiring from start to finish across <b>content, corporate, tech, and business teams</b>.</p>

<p>Partner with hiring managers to understand what each role truly needs, not just what’s written on paper.</p>

<p>Source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and content/creator communities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Own the candidate journey, screening, coordination, offers, and onboarding.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build ready talent pools for recurring and fast-moving content roles.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Track hiring data and continuously improve speed, quality, and experience.</p>

<h3>People Operations</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Own onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee records.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support smooth employee lifecycle processes and ensure policy compliance.</p>
</li>

<p>Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and operational HR queries.</p>
</li>

<p>Maintain simple, useful HR reports for leadership.</p>

<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>

<p>2–4 years of experience in <b>Talent Acquisition and People Operations</b>.</p>
